By booking any Hajj package with North South Travels Limited (HL-108), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth, organized, and spiritually fulfilling pilgrimage for all participants.
1. Food Arrangement
Three meals of local Bangladeshi food will be served daily in Aziziyah/Shisha. Pilgrims who choose not to consume the provided meals may arrange their own food. In such cases, the corresponding food cost will be refunded.
2. Mina, Arafah & Muzdalifah Management
Tents in Mina and Arafah (D Category) are allocated by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj. Food, transportation, and operational management during Mina, Arafah, and Muzdalifah will be provided under the supervision of the official Saudi Moallim.
3. Hajj Guide
Experienced Hajj guides will accompany each group and provide assistance with Umrah, Hajj rituals (Ahkam), and essential guidance throughout the pilgrimage.
4. Ziyarah
Historical site visits in Makkah and Madinah are arranged as part of the program. Visits to Jeddah, Taif, Jabal Al-Jinn, or other optional destinations are undertaken at the pilgrim’s own responsibility and expense.
5. Hotel Accommodation
Hotels in Makkah and Madinah are located close to the Haram according to the selected package. Due to the high demand during Hajj season, hotel rooms are generally compact and shared, which is common practice for all Hajj operators.
6. Package Adjustment
If the required minimum number of pilgrims for a package is not reached, the package may be merged with another similar group or adjusted for operational purposes while maintaining the promised service standard.
7. Shared Room Policy
For shared accommodation, if a room is not fully occupied, room allocation may be adjusted as necessary for better operational management.
8. Pre-Hajj Training
All pilgrims must participate in the required offline and online Hajj training sessions before departure. Pilgrims are also expected to study the Hajj guidebook provided by the agency and participate in the evaluation session.
9. Medical & Special Assistance
Pilgrims over the age of 70 or those with serious medical conditions, including heart disease, stroke, or physical weakness, must travel with a responsible attendant or guardian of their own.
10. Required Documents
Pilgrims must provide:
- A passport valid until at least 31 December 2027
- A smartphone with an active WhatsApp number
- Government employees must submit a valid NOC / G.O., where applicable.
11. Communication
All important travel updates, Halaqah schedules, announcements, and instructions will be shared through the official WhatsApp group. Participation in Halaqah sessions during the journey is mandatory.
12. Solo Travellers
Pilgrims travelling alone without family members must provide a guarantor from their family along with the required personal information before booking confirmation.
13. Payment Policy
Package payments may be completed in a maximum of three installments. A minimum initial deposit of BDT 200,000 is required, depending on the selected package.
14. Package Price Adjustment
Package prices may increase or decrease depending on operational service costs, exchange rates (Saudi Riyal/USD), or changes made by the Government of Bangladesh, the Government of Saudi Arabia, or HAAB.
15. Personal Expenses
The following expenses are the responsibility of the pilgrim:
- Mobile SIM card & internet
- Laundry services
- Personal shopping
- Optional visits to Taif, Jeddah, Badr, or Jabal Al-Jinn
- Any personal expenses not specifically included in the selected package.
16. Agreement
A formal agreement will be signed between the pilgrim and North South Travels Limited before departure. The above terms and conditions shall form an integral part of that agreement.
